This is perfect! It was the permissions the whole time. Thank you so much for your help! I might try tweaking the permissions so the correct roles have access to this record but at least I know the issue now :) Thank you again!

I gave this a go with my custom record: When I query using a SuiteAPI RESTlet, this is the response I receive: I don't believe the issue is the RESTlet because I'm able to query other records e.g. Transactions: The closest I can getting the custom record details from…
