  • Hi Mikko I'm the administrator of the account. This doesn't affect me, but it is affecting multiple users that I support. The users are logging in via Office 365, Selecting the NS app from there. No login is required as the users are required to use their Network login. However, as the administrator I'm seeing login…
  • I understand the timeout session. The issue is after the user sit idle and try to log back in via SSO they're getting invalid login attempts and getting locked out of the system. Do you know why this happens? This has happened to about 20 users so far.
