Thanks, @Niks Blando-Oracle ... Any workaround you have seen in your experience on this specific use case?

Create a new custom column field on the PO and use the same logic as pick/pack/ship on the line level, only export those lines that you think will be recieved partially. If the supplier sends the receipt details, update just the line you received and change the status on the line level as complete
