We just found out that our account is not provisioned though it was purchased before the holidays in December 2019. We were asked to contact our account manager regarding the same.

Yes. 1. I'm logged in as Administrator 2. We have not yet requested the refresh, that was the plan. 3. We have purchased the SandBox account. 4. We just opened a support ticket on this.
