Created a search based on ITEM. Criteria as required. Result = Name, Description, Class, Bin On Hand: Available, Bin on Hand: Bin Number, Bin On Hand: Location, Bin On Hand: On Hand (Using 'Bin on Hand Fields'). Still have to export, print (if use paper), and then upload or manually update.

Is the limit now 100 Locations? Before NetSuite warns that filtering may not work properly.

Intending to use it in bins in the next few months but only to flag inventory as unavailable to be picked.
