Thanks but I am not after a new feature. Perhaps I didn't explain myself clearly. There is a way in Netsuite (I have seen someone do it) of selecting a range of records. In the same way in most applications if you hold Shift and select two records it will select all the records inbetween.

OK thanks - I'll try again - I couldn't get it to work when I tried first time (but probably didn't try hard enough - ) Will let you know if any problems.

Thank you both for taking time to respond. I'm not sure either of these help me out and maybe I didn't explain the problem properly. We have inventory items that we sell both individually and as part of kits. So if for example we have two base products: ProdA and ProdB which we can sell individually or together as KitA. If…

Thanks - I'll give it a go. I might have to come at it from the other way by searching on invoices and linking to the payment. Cheers

Cool - thanks. Didn't know about that one.

Thanks that works. I had tried that before but it reported every transaction line so I have just put in extra criteria to select just the sales order. Thanks again.
-
Ah you are right. Thanks very much - good thinking. Cheers

Note to Netsuite - please fix this it is terrible! On a transaction like a sales order all the information used to be visible. Now if you want to change something such as location you have to scroll down to the bottom of the list to get the horizontal scroll bar, scroll right until you get the right field, scroll up to get…
