Was able to find the solution. Apparently all Prospects were being found. There was just an additional criteria that i did not notice. Rock on!!!

No just stage. Looking for suggestion though that would be helpful. I want to catch all prospects altogether with the customers i am getting. Any suggestions would be great!

I realized the answer to this is to just bundle it then merge the record or use a CSV import. Works like a charm! Thanks All!

Is there a different way. I mean a use rinterface to select the records then export to sandbox? That would be really cool!
