I'd also suggest that you check other filters as well. Imagine there are 2 filters - Check No. and Region. If you set Region to be, say, USA, but then went on to look up Check No. 123 which belongs to Canada region - this also yields no result. An easy fix would be to set Region to '-All-' and then enter the Check No. Hope…
