Is the only line the order line or simply a single item line of the transaction? I would need more information on your criteria/results to know why you are getting those results. I would recommend added the "Item" to the results tab, this should give a result per Item in the order that matches your criteria. -Steve

In most cases there is a checkbox that states "as parent record", when creating the custom field. By checking that option, the JE will show up on the customers page in the custom tab. -Schepp
