We have no choice but to start looking for another eCommerce solution. The lack of eCommerce features in the latest release is the nail in the coffin. NetSuite's eCommerce module is a huge liability for our company.

Overall, we are pleased w/ our NetSuite Solution (ERP, CRM & eCommerce). The seamless front to back end integration works well for our company. However, I think the NetSuite eCommerce module by itself is weak at best. It lacks standard functionality and is expensive compared to other eCommerce competitors. Hopefully…
