@Trixie Amora-Oracle yes, this would be an Assembly type of item.
-
@Trixie Amora-Oracle the problem is this information isn't currently tracked by system notes. And there's no transaction in play. The item itself was changed, and I need to know who changed it, when, and what the data was before it was changed.
-
@Tigran Shahnazaryan I can't seem to make that work. I'm after details about the item and how it's changed. The only useful things I can seem to get out of SysNotes v2 dataset relate to roles.

I just created this search suggested by SuiteAnswers yesterday and it works as advertised.

csteinhaus Thank for posting your resolution to this issue. I am a fairly new admin as well, and I follow along with many of these issues to see what the potential and actual solutions may be. I appreciate the opportunity to learn from you and everyone else within the forum. Hopefully one day I can help sort out some of…

-
Mark, thanks for your additional comments. If we do anything other than breakup the files, I will update the thread.

So just to provide an update... we did end up breaking the files apart manually here for our needs. I experimented with a few different files sizes, and I will say that from a logistical viewpoint, I was able to push the recommended 100Mb limit up to 200 or even 300 if I really wanted to, but the upload and unpacking time…

I believe I just recently read somewhere that summary saved search is not able to be used for this task, but please correct me if I'm mistaken.
