Hi Jack, thank you for the prompt and helpful reply - however - we are only using the standard Netsuite "To be Emailed" process at the time of batch invoicing. We have made sure we have everything in place as far as SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Wondering if the standard "to be emailed" generic email is still not acceptable to most…

There's an enhancement requestment you can go vote on # 87822. It's becoming more critical we can access this information. Netsuite support have told me there's nothing - but we've had someone escalate it for us to see if we can pay for a report to get this information ASAP. If anyone gets answers I would really appreciate…

Thanks. I did find that - and it was a little helpful. But I really need to see everything the employee accessed if possible. What has happened - we've had an ex employee who we believe exported a lot of data before leaving us - and we hoped Netsuite had a way of tracking and capturing that data. I want to know if there's…
