I was able to resolve the issue, I forgot to change "Reference Type" during the mapping from "Names" to "Internalid" for the Role Internal id on the mapping

Tigran, yes that is how I have the file setup. See sample below, I think my problem might the import mapping Mapping The scenario above renders the error below Thanks
