This problem still exisits - my alerts simply say "Report Snapshots" but the custom snapshot report does not appear. Does anyone have info on this?

You can create a non-inventory part with a 0 cost and use that when creating the credit. Assign the desired GL account in the item.

My company had this same error message. For us, it meant exactly what it said. The Ship To location was somewhat rural and Fed Ex estimates an additional day for delivery. Our problem was we couldn't get rid of the message so we had to use another ship via. This is actually one of the very few messages from Fed Ex…
