Thanks Andy. Creating a brand new file worked for me. Spent multiple calls with NS support and they don't seem to know a fix for this.

Did anyone find a fix for this? Trying to do prepayments and keep getting the same error. I have a ticket open with NS support but seems like this should have been resolved by now.
