In expenses module,we have a requirement to hide the Manage Bank Accounts menu option from employees and restrict the employees from updating their own bank account in Oracle instead bank account updates happens using an integration from a 3rd party application.
The business still wants an option in Oracle where they can centrally (using 2-3 staff members) manage updates / changes to an employee bank account on behalf of all employees as a potential workaround.

Please advise what options exists in Oracle expenses.
