Exit workflow if record changes to nominated status?
Hello,
I'm absolutely loving this workflow feature. Kudos NetSuite, I don't know how you handle the performance ramifications, but it's been the missing link for helping us automate some of our business processes.
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I have a workflow of type transaction, sub-type return authorization that we use to remind customers that we have not yet received their RMA. I'd like to transition to my final state if the return authorization status becomes either Closed or Refunded at any point during the life of the workflow.
I don't see any way to do this using the 'condition' wizard ... is this a case of a custom formula being required? Or is it even possible?
