SetField Action not parsing formulas correctly

I just found what appears to be a bug.  A SetField Action using a custom formula will not parse the the formula correctly.  For example:

TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'MM/DD/YYYY')

Sets the field to "TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'MM/DD/YYYY')"

Uh-oh...
