Emails not sending after conditional transition
Folks,
I have setup a simple test case to illustrate a problem I have with emails not sending from a workflow.
- Create a new workflow, type transaction, subtype return authorization (I set it to event based initiation on create after record submit, but I don't think it matters much)
- Create State 1 & State 2
- Add a transition from State 1 -> State 2 that only happens if the return authorization document status becomes "Pending Refund". Use the visual builder, select document status from Field, and type in the string "Pending Refund" (no quotes) as the value
- Add a simple 'send email' action to each State (have it send whatever email you like)
