Is it possible - Workflow for Sales Rep Change?
Would it be possible to have a workflow be triggered by the Sales Rep being changed on a customer's record? We want to allow our sales rep to 'claim' customers, but force a notification and perhaps an approval when they do. I tried to figure out a way to use a field changing as the reason to start a workflow, but I couldn't find it. Is this possible?
