Workflow - A scheduled workflow should work the same as an event - no?
I created a Workflow invoked on as a Before Submit User Event. It works perfect, just what I would expect.
The real plan was to have it run periodically on a schedule so I changed the workflow to Scheduled and although it ran.. it didn't actually do anything. It's as if the Actions didn't execute. I changed it back to event real quick and it worked fine (again).
This seems very odd and wrong to me. Anyone else seen anything like this?
