Setting Allow Time Checkbox

Hello everyone.
When creating custom workflow for Project, is there a way to set Allow Time checkbox under Info subtab?

Using Set field value option, allow time checkbox field doesn't come up.

Do I need to use custom workflow action to set this field? or any other checkboxes under Info subtab?
