Workflow Manager - Things I understand to things I don't understand
Couple of weeks ago, I began creating custom workflow for Project record. It was great when approval process was simple. two step process from submission to approval worked great.
Now, you all know NOTHING is that simple. I had to put in 4 levels of approval process from start to end.
Here are some things I found.
1. NEVER bundle up complex workflow (I'd say more than 4 states and 4 to the n state) as part of Bundle All function. When complex workflows get bundled up with all objects, it messes up the routing. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. I've reported this to Netsuite support and they were able to reproduce it.
