Where do you set Instance Fields
I see that Class fields are WorkFlowManager wide but I'm unclear if Instance Fields are WorkFlow scoped. In other words, if I have a workflow that creates a Task and I want that Task to be assigned to a user specified in a Instance Field - where would I set that? I know I can set it directly in the Field record, but I expected it to show up on the WorkFlow page or even better in the Company Preferences.
I read the help and Kate has done a great job but I don't see instructions on where to set Instance Fields. I suspect the answer is "on the Field declaration page" but I'm hoping they can be set from somewhere else.
