Create Record - Job/Project

Hello,

I am creating a work flow that creates a job and then an opportunity attached to that job. I have the workflow working except that I can't get the opportunity to attach to the job... and here's why.

I have created a field within the workflow to assign the value of the created Job to. However I can't create a field of type "job" and therefore never have the option to to assign the created job to that field. I have tried as customer but to no avail.

Any thoughts on how to get around this? Am I doing something wrong?
