Workflow initiate after SuiteTalk record creation
We are attempting to use SuiteTalk to create new Leads and based on some fields in those records, kick off an appropriate LeadNurturing workflow. The workflow works great when a record is created using the Netsuite web interface. However, the workflow is never initiated when the record is created using SuiteTalk. We can get the workflow initiated for a record created with SuiteTalk if we do nothing more than "edit" and "save" that record.
The workflow is setup for Event Based initiation with "On Create" and "On Update" both set to "yes" and "Trigger Type" set to "After Record Submit".
