I'm a marketing gal at a small company & need some help creating our workflows in NetSuite - it's not intuitive at all - especially if you are not a techie.

I've worked with NS support, but I am having a hard time and they are having a hard time it seems understanding what I need - workflows for...

Incoming New Lead record - assignment - email to Sales Rep & Task assigned

Closed/Lost Opportunities trigger for a Survey

Task assignment for a renewal based on a custom field date
