I want to setup a nurturing campaign based on a multiple-day trial software license (license data contained in a custom record).
OVERVIEW:
Workflow set on "create" of the custom record.
STATE 1
Day 1 - send email "A-1" if license activated
send email "B-1" if license not activated yet
STATE 2
Day 3 - send email "A-2" if license activated
send email "B-2" if license not activated yet
STATE 3
Day Before Expiration Date (variable # of days)
send email "A-3" if license activated
