Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
We need a WDL (Workflow Description Language)
I want to communicate these ideas with everyone but it's really hard to describe a workflow with plain words. And since we can't post pictures inlie (why not?!?!?!) we don't even have the graphical option.
A WDL would maybe help, some sort of structured syntax that could be generated with a button press on the diagram. It's already Flash so it could even toss it on our clipboard for easy pasting into the UG.
I'm not even going to start with pseudo examples, you can all imagine what it could look like. What say, NetSuite?
