Create email on case create - not firing with conditions
Anyone having issues with conditions on create?
I have created a workflow rule which email the contact associated with the support case.
Workflow details:
- Record type = Case
- Initiation based = On Create
- Trigger type = all
With the following condition formula - {company.custentity_enable_notifications.id}='T'
If I remove the condition, the rule executes fine and emails out. However if there is any kind of condition the rule will not fire.
Is this a bug?
