Hiding Workflow tab by role

Is this possible? I try to keep my screens as lean as possible for my users.


I was deciding between scripts and workflow and chose workflow before I realized my effort to keep some new functionality as invisible as possible was going to be hindered by this extra tab they don't need to see. As an administrator, I'd still like to see the tab for various reasons I don't think I need to explain.
