Create and Save Order

Is it possible to create and save an order using a workflow?

For example, when an estimate reaches 90% probability, automatically create and save an order with all the same information.

I see that using Go To Record I can make it create an order. However, I am not sure how to link it to the estimate and make it fill in the field values with the same values from the estimate. I also am not sure if it's possible to save the order automatically using workflow alone. Is it necessary to create a custom action just to save it?
