Workflow Recipient Field

We are extensively using the workflows now, and one of the needs that came up is to be able to set Global Email Recipient for the whole Workflow.

Ideally I would create a workflow field of type "Entity" and later determine the recipient and save the result into that field. However, currently it's not possible to create a field of type Entity.

I've tried to explain this to Netsuite's support for about an hour, trying to create an enhancement request. This feature is very important for us, because with 10-20 workflows that send out 10 emails each, currently we have to create multiple actions to send email to the correct person (to customer if individual, to primary contact if company).
