workflow not initiating in some situation - why?
Good morning,
I have two custom records "customrecord1" and "customrecord2".
For both the custom records I defined a workflow, "wf_custrec1" for the first type and "wf_custrec2" for the second.
A record of "customrecord2" type can be created in these cases:
[LIST=1]
[*]at a certain state of "wf_custrec1"
[*]at a certain state of "wf_custrec2"
[/LIST]
The "wf_custrec2" should start on create and on update, after record submit of "customrecord2" type.
