Unable to email reliably from workflows
Folks,
I wonder if I'm the only one who has experienced problems getting emails to fire from deep within workflows? I can usually get it to send from the first state pretty reliably, but later on down the line more often than not the email just doesn't send despite the state being reached.
Here's what support told me today:
There are many cases that have been filed in relation to this problem. The issue has been proven to occur intermittently and the behavior of the workflow in different accounts are varying. The team is currently doing its best to come up with a specific defect definition. Just to emphasize, this seems like an isolated issue and our tests are showing unstable results as of the moment.
