Some workflow help. RMA
Hi Folks
Newbie to workflow and i've had some success on some simple workflows that i've created but have hit a roadblock on one that i'm doing.
I'd like an email sent to the RMA team when a customer RMA transitions from "Pending Receipt" to "Pending Refund". I initially did a workflow based on the Status of the Return Authorization changing.. however, you never "enter" into the RA document when receiving outstanding items as you're just clicking on the "receive" button. So that trigger never fires..
Any thoughts as to how to "catch" that status change via workflow?
