Scheduled Workflow Based on Summary Search

I have a scheduled workflow set up with a summary search, but it seems to be ignoring the summary criteria and completing the workflow action regardless of what I have on the Summary tab of the search. Are summary searches not supported for workflow scheduling?

This is meant to take down non-inventory items from the Web site after a certain number have been sold.

Workflow settings:
Record Type: Item
Subrecord type: Non-inventory item
Execute as Admin
Released
Initiation: Scheduled
Condition: Saved Search > Search is selected
State 1 has 1 action - Set Field Value
State Trigger on: Entry
Field: Available Online
