The biggest problem with using workflows
The new Netsuite's workflow feature is nice, but it comes with a big problem:
how do you troubleshoot it when its not working.
All of my scheduled workflows just stopped working one day and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. My case with support has been open for 2 weeks with no progress whatsoever. There is absolutely no clue on what caused this problem.
Support says it might be account specific, and what does that mean to me? Ok, something in our account causes it to stop working, but how do I find out what it is?
