Workflow initiates on update, but not on create
I have a workflow that is tied to sales orders. The condition is {item.department.id}=34. For testing purposes, I set the initiation to be event-based and to fire off on create and on update.
When I create a sales order, and an item has the specified departement set on it, the workflow does not initiate. When I open this sales order after it has been created and save it again without changing any fields, the workflow initiates. Does anyone know why?
