Can't access custom approval routing fields in workflow
Hello everyone,
I'd appreciate a bit of help with my current dilemma.
I've enabled the custom approval routing feature in NS but for some reason I cannot access the two fields it creates (namely Approval Status and Next Approver) when trying to create a workflow.
Not quite sure why that is. I'm signed in as an administrator and I think all my check boxes are selected, etc, etc.
Anyone have any ideas why this would happen? I'm about at my wit's end.
Any help would be appreciated.
