Open Opportunity Workflow
I am in need of a workflow that Opens an existing Opportunity in a new window when a user opens a Phone Call Record where the Opportunity is listed on the Phone Call record.
I am able to send the rep to the Opportunity record, but in doing so the rep leaves the Phone Call Record which they need in order to record the outcome of the Phone Call.
I do not want the sales rep to see the Title of the Opportunity when they open the Phone Call Record.
Any direction would be great.
