Automatic Case Assignment Workflow
Basically, what I'm trying to do is to automatically assign "New" cases to a member of my support staff. So the workflow is:
1. A case is submit, the Status = New and the Assign To = (empty).
2. Aftter the workflow, Status = New and Assigned To = (member of Support).
I'm doing this in workflows, and I believe that I'm close to getting it to work, but I"m missing something, and it seems like someone would have done this already.
Anyway, let me know if you have any advice.
