Scheduled Workflows not Initiating
Recently we've been having a problem initiating scheduled workflows on customer records. I've created scheduled workflows before on customer record and currently have a few of them running, which seemed to work fine until 2 days ago. After I added another scheduled workflow to customer record on 03/08, all of the scheduled triggers on customer seem to stop working....
I also have some user event triggered workflows on customer and they seem to still work.
Scheduled triggers on other than customer records are also working.
Does anyone know if this could be related to Workflow Governance limit? Netsuite's Help guide is very brief about workflow governance, not much help there...
