Send Mail When Purchase order has been apporved

Hell all,

   This is my first attempt at a Workflow on Netsuite, I have no training on it at all except what is on the support site, so please excuse me if I have any stupid, or redundant questions.  I also have quite a few questions or points I need clarified no so also excuse the multiple post.

   It is a simple a very simple SuiteFlow (SF), all I want is for the system to email the user that raised a P/O the approval status after the approver has submitted his “verdict” on the P/O, I will have two state actions one for and approved order and one for an unapproved order
