Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Is subscribe to record meant to be useful outside of scheduled actions?
I am wanting to set up a workflow on tasks that are attached to customers. If the customer's assigned sales person is changed I'd like to exit the workflow.
The Subscribe to Record action appears to offer a way to manage this:
"The action of subscribing happens when the Subscribe To Record action runs, but then the transitions or actions that are conditional on the record in the workflow can happen upon changes to the “subscribed to” record. Based on these changes, you can have the record in your workflow transition to the next state, or you can have it wait until additional changes are made to the “subscribed to” record."
