Help! Period close checklist disconnected from accounting period record
I have a workflow that checks a box in an accounting period record as a before submit. It works great when I open the accounting period but users usually manipulate the accounting periods close checklist and not the record itself, so my workflow doesn't fire on that event.
My other options are to use suitescript or a scheduled workflow.

For suitescript I get an error saying the accounting period record is not available in suitescript (though I can load the record to read it and can also run a search on periods).
