Sending an email to Sales Rep in Contact Workflow

I'm currently testing a leading nuturing contact based workflow which is triggered when we check a custom field tick box within the contact record.

I have planned 5 states, the first 4 just send out a scheduled campaign email, but the last state, I want to send a reminder email or task or similar to the Sales Person assigned to the Company Client that the contact works for.

I can't seem to make this happen using the visual workflow builder.

Any suggestions?
