schedule email through workflow

I am sending the 2 email to the customer through workflow.

Here is the short description about the funcationality.
i set up a series of 2 emails. First goes with 30 min after customer record created into netsuite, second 2 day after the first email.

But What's happening..

Netsuite sending the second email at 12:01am at night as soon as on second day start . but i want to schedule (send email) this at 12:01PM on second day.
I tried this method:
on Send email Action i set the triger on Schedule and
delay= 12 hr
unit =Hour
Recurrence=Blank
then what Netsuite doing. it's sending 2nd email at 12:01am and again same second email  at 12:01pm on second day but i want this only one email at 12:01pm
