Quick-Add Workflow Initiation Trigger
Hi everyone. I'm having a couple of problems with a workflow I've set up.
I have created a custom record which is a child record of Customer. It's set up as a custom sublist on the Qualification tab. I have enabled quick-add for this record so that when the Customer is in edit mode, a number of these records can be added at once.
If I use the button "New Goal" to create a custom record, the workflow triggers as expected and the record is created properly.
