formula to not show a field label

I'm doing an EM alert. What's the formula to not show a field label when there's no data to pull from the field? 

I want to remove Saturday because it has no data:

MONDAY: 10-3
TUESDAY: 10-3
WEDNESDAY: 10-3
THURSDAY: 10-3
FRIDAY: 10-3
SATURDAY:


And where are similar formulas like this kept?
